Bob Perkowitz is founder and chair of ecoAmerica, a Washington, DC based non-profit that conducts social research and develops large-scale public engagement programs on eco-climate solutions.  ecoAmerica's is a catalyst that works with strategic partners on projects including "Climate Truths: Making the Necessary Connections", The American College & University Presidents Climate Commitment, Nature Rocks and The SEED Center.   Prior to founding ecoAmerica, Bob was President of direct marketing and manufacturing organizations including Cornerstone Brands, Home Fashions, Inc., Smith+Noble and Joanna Western Mills. He currently is Managing Partner of VivaTerra LLC, and sits on the boards of Environmental Defense Fund, World Bicycle Relief and Snap AV.
