Rosamond Naylor is director of the Program on Food Security and the Environment, professor of Environmental Earth Systems Science, William Wrigley Senior Fellow at FSI and the Woods Institute, associate professor of economics by courtesy, and affiliated faculty at the Center on Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law (CDDRL). Her research focuses on the environmental and equity dimensions of intensive food production. She has been involved in a number of field-level research projects throughout the world concerning issues of aquaculture production, high-input agricultural development, biotechnology, climate-induced yield variability, and food security. Additionally, she is engaged in policy issues associated with food and agricultural systems in the U.S. and abroad.
