Tracy Wolstencroft is a partner at Goldman Sachs, where he heads  the Environmental Markets Group and Infrastructure Banking Group. He has also headed its US Debt Capital Markets Origination Group and Latin America Investment Banking Services Group, and while based in Asia he co-headed the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs (Japan) Ltd and was head of the Financial Institutions Group for all of Asia. He served as president of Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte while leading the firm’s investment banking business in China, and upon returning to New York he was head of Investment Banking Services and co-chair of Global Relationship Management. Previously, he was in the International Financial Management Group at JP Morgan.
