Lee McIntire is the CEO of CH2M HILL, a global leader in major program management, consulting, engineering, construction, and operations for public and private clients and a firm frequently recognized for its focus on sustainability and workplace satisfaction. An executive with over 30 years of international engineering and construction experience, he has served as CH2M HILL’s president and chief operating officer, president and group chief executive for the energy client group, and group chief executive for the industrial client group. Previously, he was an executive at Bechtel, the global engineering, construction, and project management firm, where he served on the board of directors and was executive vice president for the parent company, a member of the chairman’s leadership council, and chairman and president of several of Bechtel’s leading multibillion-dollar companies.
