Jim Rogers is chairman of the board, president, and CEO of Duke Energy. An executive with more than 20 years of experience as a utility CEO, he served for more than a decade as Cinergy’s chairman and CEO. Prior to the formation of Cinergy, he joined PSI Energy as chairman, president, and CEO, and he served as executive vice president of interstate pipelines for the Enron Gas Pipeline Group before joining PSI. Previously, he was a partner in the Washington office of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld and deputy general counsel for litigation and enforcement for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
