Vicky Bailey is an energy industry entrepreneur. As a state and federal regulator, a public utility corporate executive, and the leading international official for the US Department of Energy, she has been at the intersection of energy and environmental policies in both the private and governmental arenas. Most recently, she was a principal of BHMM Energy Services LLC, a certified minority-owned energy facilities management organization, and president of Anderson Stratton International LLC, management consultants in domestic and international energy industries. She was the president and a board member of PSI Energy Inc., the Indiana electric utility subsidiary of the holding company Cinergy Corp, and her federal government career included presidential appointments as assistant secretary for policy and international affairs at the Department of Energy and commissioner on the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
