Jia Feng is deputy director of China’s Center for Environmental Education and Communications. Previously, he served in the national Ministry of Environmental Protection. His expertise is in the fields of environmental law, public participation in environmental education, climate change, and environmental awareness outreach. He is editor-in-chief of World Environment Magazine and director of the Chinese television series Windown on American Environment, and he also teaches environmental public policy studies at Peking University, where he studied. The recipient of national prizes and awards for the dissemination of popular science, from 2002 to 2003 he was a Hubert Humphrey Fellow at the University of Washington in Seattle.
