Speakers

Fred Butler is a commissioner of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities and president of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC). He has served on NARUC’s international relations and water committees, and he chaired its ad hoc committee on climate change. He has consulted with energy ministries and regulatory bodies in Africa, Asia, and Europe, and he currently serves on a number of advisory boards and councils for organizations such as the Michigan State University Institute of Public Utilities, the New Mexico State University Center for Public Utilities, and the University of Florida’s Public Utilities Research Center.
