David Scaysbrook is the founder and a non-executive director on the board of Novera Energy Ltd., a U.K.-focused renewable energy company. He is also the principal of the London-based Gaian Capital, assisting businesses focused on solutions to climate change to access investment capital and commercial relationships. An entrepreneur involved in all aspects of conventional and renewable power generation, he has extensive experience in the conventional and renewable energy industries and is co-founder of several enterprises in the emerging climate change arena. He is a founding shareholder of Viridis Energy Capital, a specialist clean energy fund with a global focus, and he recently accepted a three-year appointment to the U.K.’s Renewable Energy Advisory Board.
