Will Stolzenburg

Wildlife Biologist and Journalist

Will Stolzenburg is a wildlife biologist, freelance wildlife journalist, and former science editor of Nature Conservancy magazine. He has studied predator control techniques, monitored endangered species, and written hundreds of magazine stories and columns on the science of rarity and extinction. Most recently he has been investigating the ecological roles of the planet’s great predators and the consequences of their ongoing disappearance. He is the author of Where the Wild Things Were: Life, Death, and Ecological Wreckage in a Land of Vanishing Predators.
